Inspect and test capacitor (microfarad reading) Inspect contactor and electrical connections Check refrigerant pressures and system performance Measure temperature split across evaporator coil Inspect condenser coil condition Verify proper compressor operation Check blower motor operation and airflow Inspect condensate drain and safety switches Verify thermostat calibration and cycle operation Inspect disconnect and wiring integrity
Cancellation Policy
Appointment Scheduling Service appointments are scheduled within an estimated arrival window. Arrival times are not guaranteed start times and may vary due to traffic, weather, emergency calls, or job complexity. Diagnostic / Service Call Fee A standard diagnostic/service call fee is due for all scheduled appointments. This fee covers the initial evaluation and troubleshooting of the HVAC system during normal business hours. Any repairs or additional labor are quoted separately. Normal Service Hours Normal service hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Service outside of normal business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is available at an additional charge. Access Requirement The customer or an authorized adult (18 years or older) must be present at the property at the scheduled time to provide access to the equipment. Failure to provide access may result in a service charge. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee. After-Hours & Emergency Service Emergency and after-hours service is provided as availability permits and is billed at an increased rate. Pricing will be disclosed prior to dispatch when possible. Payment Terms Payment for diagnostic services is due at the time of service. Payment for repairs or installations is due as outlined in the estimate or service agreement.
